FANS MAINTENANCE
Following are some of the recommended performance monitoring and maintenance tasks. The frequency of
these tasks should be as indicated or based on operating experience -
If the fan and/or motor bearings are sealed or double shielded, they should be replaced periodically
depending on the vendor specified life.

- Vibration Analysis - semi annual
- Greasing of fan bearings (not for sealed or double shielded bearings) - semi annual
- Greasing of fan motor bearings (not for sealed or double shielded bearings) - semi annual
- Drive belt inspection or replacement - annual
- Vane axial fan blades and hub inspection - annual
